Apply Here To Become A Student For Any Of Our Programs

Use the application forms below when applying for DTS, DTS PLUS, or DBS!

Apply for one of our programs using the 30-60 minute application forms below! As a part of the form, we ask you to come up with 3 people (and their email addresses) who can provide a reference for you: A Pastor/Spiritual Mentor, A Mature Christian Friend, and a Supervisor (Teacher/Employer, not a family member). Each of the references is required for us to fully process your application, so please communicate with your referees that a 7-day turnaround is greatly appreciated.

Time is running out to apply for our upcoming DTS starting on 12 October 2026. There are still a few spaces available!

PLEASE NOTE that this application form is somewhat extensive, but your progress can be saved along the way! Be sure to save your progress as you go along!

We will also ask you to upload a recent photograph, so be sure to have a digital copy handy.

If you are applying within 2 weeks of the start date of your chosen program, we may not be able to process your application in time. As a result, we may only be able to accept you for the following quarter.

Use this application form when applying to become Volunteer Staff or a Mission Builder

Apply to any of our Volunteer Staff positions (including Mission Builder) in our 30-minute application form! As a part of the form, we ask you to come up with 2 people (and their email addresses) who can provide a character reference for you: Your DTS Leader/Base Leader/Other Leader, and A Mature Christian Friend. Each of the references is required for us to fully process your application, so please communicate with your referees that a 7-day turnaround is greatly appreciated.

PLEASE NOTE that this application form is somewhat extensive, so if you need lots of time, you may want to record your answers somewhere else first and then transfer them into the form once ready to submit.

We will also ask you to upload a recent photograph, so be sure to have a digital copy handy.
