For DTS/DBS student payments please note the following:

To find out exactly how much your training program costs, please refer to either your Confirmation Of Enrolment documentation or the invoice you would have received from our Accounts team, for an up-to-date amount.

Your fees cover tuition, accommodation, food, stream activities, and all school-related transportation costs for the 12 weeks of Lecture Phase, including a school field trip to experience first hand New Zealand’s beauty and wildlife. For DTS, your fees also include all your meals, accommodation, transport and field supplies required during your 8 weeks of Outreach.

Your fees do not include travel costs to and from Tauranga, health insurance, immunisations, Outreach Flights to and from the Outreach Destination or visas to enter New Zealand (if applicable).

There are limited placements for each training program that we run. Once you have been accepted into the program, a space is held for you and is thus unavailable to another prospective student. As such, we have a firm payment schedule and refund policy as described below.

All fees must be paid according to the Payment Schedule. Students will not be able to begin involvement unless they are able to make these payments. However, if the school leader/base leadership is contacted and the financial situation is explained, another payment schedule may be arranged. This must be done prior to arrival at YWAM Pacific Reach. In addition, DTS students will not be considered eligible for involvement in Outreach Phase until all required fees are paid.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

DTS: All of the Lecture Phase fees must be paid before the start of the school. Outreach Phase fees are to be paid by week 5 of the Lecture Phase, after the student has been formally invited to continue for Outreach.

DBS: 80% of the total DBS fees must be paid before the DBS begins. The remaining fees must be paid by the end of week 3.

REFUND POLICY:

The DTS Refund Policy is as follows:

If a student withdraws from the DTS before the end of week 2 of the program, the student will receive a refund of 65% of the fees already paid by the student. If the student withdraws or is asked to withdraw after week two of the Lecture Phase, there may or may not be a proportional refund depending on the circumstances.

The DBS Refund Policy is as follows:

If a student withdraws from the DBS before the end of week 2 of the program, the student will receive a refund of 80% of the fees already paid by the student.
If for any reason a student withdraws from the DBS after week 2 of the program, there will be no refund of fees already paid by the student.

As a discipleship program, we have found that on very rare occasions we must ask a student to leave the school. There is no refund policy for students who are asked to leave, as we are unable to give that position to another applicant at that late stage.

PRIVACY & SECURITY:

Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider and Paymark Partner, using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card data is available to or used by the merchant. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction. We also use SSL Encrypted Server Connection, so all the data you enter on our site remains secure.
